• Google My Business (GMB) Profile Listing & Optimization

All services are time, effort, and resource based.

Payment Policy

All payments made on our website are treated as advance payments for services. Payments may be one-time or recurring, depending on the selected service. Once payment is received, work scheduling and resource allocation begin.

Refund Policy

Once the service has started, no refunds will be provided. Advance or service fees are non-refundable as our work involves planning, execution, and allocation of professional resources.

Refunds will not be applicable for delays or performance issues caused due to:

• Third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.
• Policy changes by advertising or search engine platforms
• Delay in approvals or information from the client side

We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, traffic, or ROI. Therefore, refunds based on performance expectations are not applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of work by contacting us in writing. If the cancellation request is made after work has started, no refund will be issued.

For ongoing or monthly services, clients may discontinue future billing cycles by providing at least 7 days prior written notice.

Advertising Spend (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Any budget spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms is strictly non-refundable. These charges are governed by the respective advertising platform’s policies.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, may be considered only at the sole discretion of SSB Digital India in exceptional situations. The final decision will rest with SSB Digital India.
