Refund Policy

Once the service has started, no refunds will be provided. Advance or service fees are non-refundable as our work involves planning, execution, and allocation of professional resources.

Cancellation Policy

Advertising Spend (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Any budget spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms is strictly non-refundable. These charges are governed by the respective advertising platform’s policies.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, may be considered only at the sole discretion of SSB Digital India in exceptional situations. The final decision will rest with SSB Digital India.
